We use ACT! v2007 (9.0) and I have customised the columns on the reports template to include certain information (eg. Contact name) but after say 6 pages the information doesn't appear. A prime example is on the Group Summary report. I have added the contact name as a field but after page 12 of 26 pages the date, time and notes still appear but the contact name doesn't.
I haven't a clue how to sort this because it has works for a certain amount of pages and then just stops!! Any suggestions please?
