Missing info on ACT! reports

We use ACT! v2007 (9.0) and I have customised the columns on the reports template to include certain information (eg. Contact name) but after say 6 pages the information doesn't appear. A prime example is on the Group Summary report. I have added the contact name as a field but after page 12 of 26 pages the date, time and notes still appear but the contact name doesn't.

I haven't a clue how to sort this because it has works for a certain amount of pages and then just stops!! Any suggestions please?

I checked the link and followed the instructions but all of the pages on the behaviour tab is set to 0, as advised in the link.

Also, if I print off a group membership report I have a similar problem. The company name and telephone number show up but the fields for contact name, extension and e-mail do not show. I have tried editing the template and changing the maximum pages to 0 but this makes no difference.
