I am missing sessions from database and Version History. Let me know if there is any tool that I could use to check the database and where I can run it from. If there is any documentation that would be great! Thanks

Database maintenance instructions can be found at :
( when you are using the raima or vldb database )
I think however, you also have to check your database pruning settings and be aware of the fact that when you, for example, backup the whole C:\drive of a machine and do a backup of a single file on the same C:\drive later, the 'restore by tree' option will only show you that single file ( ie. it will show you the latest backup view ). The 'restore by session' option can still be used for browsing this C:\drive.
Session information is also removed from the database when you format or erase media.

hope this helps
