Missing Icons on top Menu Bar - How to get it back?

I have completely reinstalled ACT from scratch, uninstalling first. I do not get the Icons displayed at the top Menu Bar.

Find, Edit, etc are all missing.

Please help guys, client is going nuts. Me too. Dave

Right click up in your menu bar, select "Show Small/Large Buttons".

That'll git 'er done.
