I have tried 'sa' and my user, which is setup as the poweruser in Dynamics' security and the HITB reset tool does not exist in any module anywhere. I've tried manually adding it to my home page, but it's no where to be found to be run. The HITB dictionary does exist, so I can run the report, however, without the tool, it's kinda useless.
Where the heck is this tool located? It is NOT under inventory utilities. I have full access.
