Missing History, Notes - during a transfer old PC to new PC 1

Missing History, Notes - during a transfer old PC to new PC

Did File Maintenance, Reindex the Database, Backup Database, transferred to new PC, imported database, but no History or Notes appeared. Even tried to setup sample database - no History or Notes there either.

Icons were missing there also, see this thread:

Is this a result of importing data or just working with a new install/new database?

Dollie - Hi, sorry for very slow response. Client ended up contacting ACT for installation assistance. It seems ACT had a different installation procedure for XP Service Pack 2 or another reason.

I will review with client on Wed 06-15-2005 & report back.
