Missing help files in CC6.

I have a customer that is missing the help files in CC6. I was told that during the installation of CC6 the help files dont get loaded. I was also told that you can load the help files from the CC6 CD, but I dont know what files I need and what folder to save them to?

The Nortel reference Documents SHOULD be loaded during the installation. The procedure is in the Installation and Maintenance Guide. Look on the CCM DVD for the Adobe files (xxx.pdf).

Hold your Distributor's feet to the fire: make them load the files.
