Missing heading in Word

Hello kilmeedy,
Take a look into the registry, export and save the settings under the key represented in the .reg below.
Modify the parent key \9.0\ for office 2000. Otherwise, \8.0\ for office 97, \10.0\ for office 2002 accordingly.
It may well be the reg_binary controlling the settings be corrupted. Close word. Delete (manually or by .reg above) and re-launch word. Let it rebuild the key. If anything gone wrong, you'll always have your exported .reg stand ready to repair.
