I have a Compaq Proliant PL800 running NT-TS4(build419)sp6 Metaframe 1.8 Build 663sp3 with 1GB RAM and 2x9GB HD's (Mirrored) partitioned @ 2GB/7GB.

I'm trying to figure out why my system drive (C:=M:) is filling up. Part of my confusion comes from the fact I can only account for 1.4GB of files, including the 307MB pagefile. In other words, it says I only have 95 megs free, but according to my math, I should have about 600 megs.

I don't know if this is related, but I also located 10 "Account Unknown" user profiles under system properties.

I'd look under the profiles directory. Make sure there is not old users or .000 directories in there. *J*

I have 1x.001, and 4x.000 under \Wtsrv\Profiles... as I understand, those are "new" profiles Citrix creates if it doesn't like the "old" one for whatever reason. What should I do with them? All are duplicates of other profiles except one.

Also, do you know if this has anything todo with the missing hd space?

Right click My Computer
Select Profiles Tab
Delete all the roaming profiles or old ones!

Cheers,
Carl.

delete ALL of the roaming profiles?
can I also delete the Account Unknowns?

You can safely delete all of the Account Unknown profiles. These are profiles that have been copied to, or set up on this machine, but the account no longer exists in a domain that this machine knows. They are safe to delete. The kind of thing they hold is things like wallpaper changes, position of windows for any apps that have been run, changes in default file locations, or "settings" type changes made while in a program. These are program registry changes that are saved for that user, but if they are Account Unknown, then they are just a visitor that probably won't be coming back. Worst case, if they do come back, they need to browse to their home directory to open something, or they have to reposition their windows where they like them.

Hope this helps!
