Missing Forward button on a 9608 phone

Hi All,
I have an off site with a dozen phones (9608 SIP) I setup a fwd button on all phones some you see the button and some you don't see the button. We have CM 6.2 with Session Manger (SIP environment) I tried to logoff and logon and swap extensions with a phone that works but it seems the problem moves with the extension on different phones. All the phones are getting there settings files from the same source. The configuration on System Manager are identical from one that works. Any Ideas????
 
Have you checked their cos to make sure "restrict call fwd-off net" is set to n? I know that does to account for tthe button missing though Another reason could be where you placed the button. It may be there but off screen. Just a thought.
 
JCTECH, Thanks for the response What I found was a one of those gotcha solutions. Because we have all SIP enpoints when you go to System Manager next to the CM Endpoint Profile the checkmark was not checked causing the issue. Thanks for your help
