I installed my corel draw 3x on a different computer and when I opened the program I do not have many fonts. I tried uninstalling & re-installing, repairing and now I don't know what to do. I went to my old computer and everytime I go to help - corel community I get the message, Corel has encountered a probem and must close. What has happened, I hav e never had these probems and have used the program a lot.
Thanks,

The default installation probably does not install a lot of fonts. You have to select additional fonts at install time, if you need them.

Its best not to install too many additional fonts though, because that will slow down your system. Instead, go to the Bitstream font navigator (installed beneath CorelDraw in the programs menu). From there you can install and remove individual fonts as and when you require them.

You may need to copy the fonts folder from CD to a new folder on your hard drive if that did not happen during installation. But do not put them in the Windows fonts folder, because that will grossly overload windows and cause exactly the problem we are trying to avoid.

The only suggestion I can make re Corel Community is not to go there via the help menu. Just put into your browser address bar and go there directly.
