Missing fonts from pull-down list

I have a new IBM T30 with Windows XP and Office Xp.
The issue I have is in word I only have:

Device Font 10
Device Font 12
Device Font 17

The same in outlook as I use word for e-mail editing.

Excel however works fine


I have uninstalled, rebooted, installed sp1, sp2 and still the same problem.

Any Ideas....

Do you have any printers installed? For Word, the fonts listed are determined by the printer's ability to print them. Even if you don't have a printer, still install a driver for one. Try a HP Laserjet
