Missing file mscoree.dll

Running my weekly check with Norton WinDoctor I recently came upon this error:
Missing File: "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Installsheild\Professional\Runtime\0700\Intel32\DotNetInstaller.exe"

"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Installsheild\Professional\Runtime\0700\Intel32\DotNetInstaller.exe" cannot access a nesscessary file, "mscoree.dll"

It tells me there is no solution to this problem, and I was just wondering if it is a problem that I should really worry about or can I just ignore it

go delete(UNINSTALL) GotDotNET this program checks to see if you have the files needed to run .NET.
