If I open Exchange's System Manager, Individual users' mailboxes in the Mailbox store->Mailboxes tab show that my users have mail, but after we got back from Christmas...it seems that everyone's email has vanished from their inboxs in outlook!?! I figure it has something to do with archiving old mail or something...but I can't figure out how to make it reappear in the users' inboxes! HELP!?!

Hi,

If you think it is to do with the archiving of mail then search the client machines for *.pst files. This will then give you the location of the archived mail.

Once this is done go to the file menu, then choose Import/ Export. You will then be able to import the pst file into the mailboxes from the location you identified in the search.

Other things to check include making sure the users aren't opening straight to their Personal Folders (if they have any). Choose View menu, folder list, then make sure that the mailbox [username] is highlighted.

If it has nothing to do with any of these post back or post some more info, outlook version etc.

Cheers
