missing email after renaming AD account

Hi everyone,

Here is the scenerio: UserA sends UserB an email. UserA then gets married and requires her account to be renamed. After renaming the AD account, email sent to UserB prior to the name change are missing? This is in a Exchange 2003 SP2 environment, no local pst's, using Outlook 2003. Any suggestions?
