The best place to find the dlls is your windows CD, use the Windows search facility
Start -> Search
and type *.dll
to get list of all .dlls's, make sure you browse only your windows CD
9/10 you will see the .dll's listed, what you need to do then is find on your Hard Drive your current two Dll's ("RNNFSNP.DLL" and "RNNFS32.DLL") rename to "RNNFSNPOLD" and "RNNFS32OLD" and then copy the DLL's off of your Windows CD to replace them
My guess is that the mentioned dll's have gone bad or have been replaced thus making some programs etc unable to work
