Missing DLL files

Hi,

ive just installed Windows NT 4 Server (service pack 4) and on logging on to the machine (as either an administrator or user) i get an warning message stating that i'm missing a DLL file called VB40032.dll in 7 locations.

How can i get the missing DLL file back to where it should be?
