Data is missing when extracting from Access into CR for no apparent reason. @MembersName = {Members.LastName}+ ", " +{Members.FirstName}+ " (" +{Members.SpouseName}+ ")" shows most members, but then for no reason some data extracts do not show with no rhyme or reason that I can see. I have looked at the data for anomalies such as spaces, dashes, slashes, etc. Nothing comes to mind when viewing the data.

Any suggestions?

Sometimes it's funny if you haven't allowed a lage enough space on the report canvas for the field, rather than showing as much as it can, or ####, it is just blank.
Also, if any of the fields making up the formula are null, it is quite likely that the whole formula will be null.
Would either of these apply in your case?

No, neither apply in this case, as some of the data is visible and in a random fashion some is absent. Thank you for your suggestion though.

If you change the formula to @MembersName = "X", is the data still not visible in places?
How about if you change it to @MembersName = {Members.LastName}?

Try an experimental version of the report, in which you have an extra section that shows each data field in its raw form. That may give a clue.
