I am having a problem with Outlook 2003. Everything in Outlook is working fine except that I noticed this morning when I opened my outlook that all folders that I have created to better organize my Inbox are missing (I am not talking about personal or local folders). Anyone who has experienced similar situation? Thanks

So if you are missing folders that you have created, then we are talking about personal folders (.pst files). I'm assuming everything is not missing, just some of the folders you created. How big is your .pst file? Have you checked for virus/spyware?

Please always take the time to backup any and all data before performing any actions suggested for ANY problem, regardless of how minor a change it might seem. Also test the backup to make sure it is intact.

I do not have personal folders. These folders are created by right-clicking on my Mailbox > Create New Folder > I picked Inbox as a location for the new folder. All folders created this way have disappeared this morning when I opened outlook (PC was in hibernation). I haven't checked the size of .pst since I couldn't find any on my PC (searched all files and folders for files with .pst extension). Haven't checked for spyware yet (PC has Sophos installed for virus detection).
