Missing ctc50 and cctcm51l libraries

I am needing make a modification in a clipper 5.2 compiled program. We have all the source code, but when an attempt is made to compile, it needs 2 libraries that we don't have. It is looking for ctc50.lib and cctcm51L.lib to compile successfully. Does anyone have access to these or know where they might be available?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
