Missing COM 3 & 4 with Motorola SM56!!!

I can’t get Motorola’s SM56 ISM56PCIDFV : SM56 Software Speakerphone Modem for PCI (Data/Fax/Voice) to work. I recently upgraded from win98 to win2000. On 98 the modem was on Com4. After installing the driver for 2000 I only have Com 1 & 2. How do I get COM 3 & 4 back???

I just upgraded from win 98 to Win2000. Now my SM56 Voice modem does not work. It only allows me to point at com 3 or com 4. The mother board only supports com 1 or com2. How do I resolve this issue?
