I am using CR-XI and having difficulty exporting to CSV. All columns but the mailing address exported fine. The line is in Group Footer #1. The mailing address shows fine in preview and exports with no problem in PDF. Does anyone know of a workaround? Thanks.

Is the mailing address a part of the detail section or just the Group Footer section?

Everything is in Group Footer.

A solution would be to export as a TTX file(tab separated). Import the TTX into Excel, then save as a CSV. This is what I did to get this out but surely would rather get the CSV export to work.

I was under the impression when exporting to a csv the detail exports but the group header/footers do not.

You need Crystal Reports XI R2. From this version You can set options to export group header/footer, report header/footer und page header/footer.

PS: If You use a Viewer for Crystal Reports, the viewer must also version from CR XI R2 up.
