Hello,
I hope someone can help about this strange thing:
after some calibrations (PS 5.5) and prefereces change (or for some quite different reason) a yellow color (and some nuances) disappeared from my color pallete and from all opened pictures! It is impossible to work.. The same pictures look absolutely normal when viewed out of Photoshop, or even in its preview window, only in Photoshop they are mostly red-blue etc. I tried all things like (re)installing the photoshop many times, copying some sistem filed I suspected being corrupted, sistem file checker etc, I copied many sistem files and all I suspected from another machine and no result at all. Only thing I don't want to do is to reinstall the Windows 98.
Is there any special file responsible for this dissapearing of one color and how should I replace it. I reapeat I tried to replace all adobe files in windows I could find out..maybe I missed some?
Thanks in advance
Dino

As a completely random and probably useless guess (it is early in the morning, so give me a break!) have you got the image viewing mode set to CMYK instead of RGB? That tends to completely alter the look of some images...

just a random thought...
