Missing charts in JRC

Hi, we're using CRXI and the Java Reporting Component. The problem is when a report contains a chart, it's displayed as a red 'x', with a link to a png file e.g.

crystalimagehandler.jsp?dynamicimage=crystal12078194198903269.png
The file exists on the hard drive, but crystalimagehandler.jsp seems to be looking for it in the wrong place. Anybody know of a solution to this?
