Im currently using Groupwise 5.2 When i try and print off an email the result is that some of the characters are missing. For example-

If th prob em of overch rg ng in t e p st can be overcome t ere ay be the o port ni y to r ise ents more q ic ly to o fset the r qui ed re uctio n s rvi e cha ges.

This has only recently occured and printing is fine in word or excel etc... I have reinstalled both groupwise and the printer driver. Anyone have any answers?

Some of our users had the exact same problem, with GW5.5. and eventually I found that changing the printer properties and selecting 'print truetype as bitmaps (/graphics?, I can't remember exactly) solved the problem.
Hope this works for you too !

I was having the same identical problem. At least for LaserJet 4M Plus printers, here is the solution (pointed out by Lysa, but these are the exact steps I used to clear the problem):

Click on "Start".
Click on "Settings".
Click on "Printers".
Right-click on the printer in question.
Click on "Properties"
Click on the "Print Quality" tab.
Under "Text Mode", bullet "True type as bitmaps" (the default is "Auto").

That solved the problem for me. Thanks, Lysa!
