We have a group of users that have there own 4.2 Novell server SPA9 and for now we all access groupwise 5.54 on another server thru IPX only until we can get the internet into place.The problem is they use the calendar all the time for court client appointments ,and now about 4 out of 30 users calendar have started dropping apointments on their personal calendar and also in some of their proxy too and is fine on some of the other proxy.Most workstatios are win 98 and some 2000.Being kind of new can you tell me or point me to a tid telling why this is happening and how to fix it? Thanks in advance.

Is Autodelete turned on and locked down for calendar items? This is an Admin controllable feature if you lock it. If you leave it unlocked, it's controllable by individual users in Tools / Options / Environment ( or something like that - I'm not at work right now ). If this isn't enough to point you in the right direction, let me know & I'll point you better from work.
Also, I ran into this problem a few months ago. I rebuilt the domain and post office databases, and then dd a structural rebuild on the problematic groupwise accounts and that seems to have taken care of the problem. If I can be of further assistance please let me know
