Missing BCC in ol2k3

Well, I must be fool or an idiot(most likely Im both).
Everyone in my office has BCC, I have no idea why I dont have it, nor is it an option to add. As an example, I should be able to start new email, goto View - BCC. Its listed.
I searched MS techsite, no info...
any ideas?

In you click the arrow next to the options button do you see bcc or from ?

ah....and the Options button is not there, I was looking for that too.
I tried getting in by Customizing, but cant seem to find it.

When you creat a new email do you have the send and attachment buttons or are you missing that entire toolbar ?

hmmm..strange thing...now I have the options button in Send new email...omg I feel like a bozo...
I have no idea why its there now...im giving up and heading to the bar - long live microsoft

If you don't use BCC often the option could be hidden. Do you have double down arrows at the bottom of the view list? If you do, click on them and any options you haven't used often should appear.
