We are running mas90 v4.1. We have ran into a situation in receipt of goods that just before the batch was to be posted mas failed to error or fully post the batch. The Purchase order entry module that were included in the batch claim that a 'reciept of goods is currently referring this purchase order', and inquiry does not show the items recieved. it will not allow us to go back into the back in reciept of goods, as it is not listed. if there is any help you can forward me it would be greatly appreciated.

Missing Batches in Reciept of Goods

Use DFDM to look at the PO5 record. It is my guess that something was left out of the key, probably the "G" indicating the receipt of goods. You will need to look at Resources at the top of the menu tree and file the file layout to see exact what makes up the Key and see what his missing.
