Missing and Unreadable hard disks

Hi all
I have RAID Tower with two logic driver connected to win2003 server...the problem is some of hard disks appear missing and some other appear unreadable in Disk Management Console ..when this problem happen first time i restarted the server then it comesback ok...but now the problem still even after restart...
any help please or any documents about this problem..
