I have a user who attempted to delete activities from his conthist table for a particular date. These do not show up on activity list, but remain on his calendar for that date. Any idea what happened here? Please recommend a way of deleting these activities(calendar) from the sql db(backend) or from goldmine. There are several thousand entries. Thanks in advance.

Did he delete the activity through GoldMine or did he go through enterprise manager and delete directly from the DB?

Are you on SQL? In which case cheeck the DATE FORMAT is set to 0 in BDE Administrator (under config).
Otherwise check that the date range is set correctly in the activity view.
