Missing a DLL

I'm running crystal reports 9.2.3 and one of the fuctions is datetimediff. Someone else in our group created this report and when I try and update it I receive a DLL error that says U2LDTDIF.DLL is missing.

It looks like this DLL was on an older version but is missing in release 9. Any help on getting this DLL?
