Missing a counter next to the mailbox

Hello,

I have a strange problem, which only a few persons in this organisation have.

When these people get a new mail the blue counter next to the mailbox does not appear, I have looked (probably not te good) but i can't find this option within groupwise.

I don't believe there is an option for that. You ARE using GroupWise client, right? I know that when using Outlook for the client, it dumbs it down and you lose a lot of the features.

Yes we are using Groupwise Client. I do not understand how this doesn't work.

It's a problem with the users, everywhere they logon they have the same problem.
