One of my customers is complaining the phonemanager reports answered calls as missed calls as soon as you answer the call. Has anyone seen this before ?
Could I have something configured improperly in either the IP Office or the huntgroup?
Why do calls which are answered show as missed or lost, when they are being answered properly?
Is there any setting which will tell the IP Office to not consider a call lost or missed, unless it has been trying for a certain period of time, say 5 secs, or so? All my missed calls(which are not missed) show as the wait time 0 secs.
