missed calls

we have IPO 500 v2 R11.1
This has happened on some 1616 phones when users want to check for missed calls. The call log button, nothing is displayed, so previously all missed calls are displayed. A user asks if there is any other solution to check missed calls? (it's important to him).

does that happen the same time on all phones or just some ?
do you use centralized call log ?
did the system restart ?

Make sure you have Log Missed Calls Answered on Coverage, and Hunt Group if applicable.
If that is not checked, any calls answered by voicemail are not logged.

yes answered missed calls are recorded on coverage and hunt group (are checked).

...and hunt groups selected? and auto-delete no on?
