Hi All
Missed calls showing as answered in SMDR as below
As per the session, we are receiving an A at the end. If not answered it should not send A at the end.

05/25 16:01:30 0000:00:06 T999 **** 539223319 7000 7000 001 539223319 7000 I0018918 A

The incoming calls it's come on sip trunk and going to Att.

Thanks

I believe you are miss reading the record.

The **** clearly indicates that the call was unanswered. If it was answered there would be a value there indicating the number of seconds before answer

The A that you highlighted at the end of your SMDR string does not mean the call was answered.

Based on that location I believe that is the Call Sequence Identifier
Call Sequence Identifier (s). The call sequence identifier begins with "A" on the first SMDR event associated with a particular call. It increments (from "A" to "Z") with each SMDR event as the call progresses, without roll over. For example, "C" indicates the third SMDR event for a specific call.
