Missed Calls on Avaya communicator

Hello,

Has anyone experienced the issue of missed call on Avaya communicator?

We already deleted 3rd appearance button and reserved last Call appearance but

while user is receiving an external call,another call comes in as a missed call.

Does anyone have solution to this?

What are you using to report?
are the calls to a group or direct to the user?
what happens to the call when the user is busy?

this is a IP office forum not a ACM orum but I suspect the customer has misconfigured there call handling (with respect to the reporting software) completly.

We routed Incoming Call directly to the user to isolate the the issue and it still happens.

When the user is presently on a call and the 2nd person calls, it drops the 2nd Call as a missed call.
 
yes it wold do, the user is not avilable to answer the call & it gets dropped therefore missed call.
on an IPO i would say route the cal to a group with call queing enabled, No idea what the ACM equivalent would be

You need to ensure Call Waiting is on on the user, then they should get notification of the second call.
