Missed calls on 6900 phones for main line

We recently moved a customer from an Avaya IP Office system and have run into a bit of an issue to replicate the way they were used to handling missed calls.

We originally had them setup with a multi-call key for the main line which delay rang to all users if the receptionist could not answer, this was when they complained about not seeing missed calls if the receptionist is not able to answer.

The handsets were not displaying call history as the multi-call was non-prime so we changed their main answer point to a ring group with the receptionist in which overflowed to a another ring group with all users in.

The issue now is when a call hits the ring group and is handled by one of the users, all other users receive a missed call displayed on their 6900 phone so they are contacting the caller back only to be told they were already handled by an employee.

From what they have told me the Avaya system had the ability to show missed calls to the main line on each extension.

I have done some digging and have not found a way to replicate this functionality.

Anyone had a similar requirement for a customer?
