Missed Calls disappearing in the Messages list - anyone know why?

Hello all.

I have a user who has a 6710 device with the 3.6 device and desktop software installed. He mentioned to me that he has witnessed a missed call displayed in his BlackBerry Messages just disappear. There's no record that the call was ever missed. Has anyone else had the same problem and how did you solve it (did you solve it)?

check his date on the blackberry. sometimes the date will log the calls incorrectly on the device. Also makes sure he has 2.6 handheld software and 3.6 desktop software
