Missed Calls & Ordering Wake Up Calls

I am having a problem with not having any missed call notifications. I am not sure where I can find the 'list calls' feature in BMS.

Another issue I am facing is with wake-up calls. I am not sure how to get to the menu to order wake up calls from the operator (0) extension although it has been given permission to place wake up orders for all other extensions.

Please let me know if there is a way to do this.

next: scrolling through the list
