Missed Calls 3300ICP

Hi Guys,

My Customer has asked me to provide some type of missed calls list so they can call, callers back. At minute the calls come in via 3 ddi's to name tag Hunt Groups with a single number (3600) in each hunt group. This number then appears on a number of 5324 IP Sets as a multicall key. CLI is enabled and appears once the call is answered as the name tag shows whilst the call is ringing. Is it in this situation possible to have a missed calls list? and if so any ideas on how to implement would be much appreciated.

I believe the only way to see missed calls on multiple sets, is to point the incoming DID to a ring group and add all the members to it. Make sure that they have max call history records setup for more than zero in Multiline IP set config form.
