Missed call log on shared lines

I am using CCM 4.1 and know you can't block calls from being logged in the missed call log from a shared line when picked up at another phone.

Does anyone know if there is a patch available yet or it is an option in 5.0?

It is not considered a bug so there is no patch for this. 5.X is the same as 4.X on this aspect.
