mismatch in the number of DID digits

After upgrading to version 4.2(17) I have started receiving the error on the incoming T-1. It started on Channel 3 so I busyed it out and now it has moved to channel 2. Has anyone else seen this error thanks for your help

There was a mismatch in the number of DID digits
