So we have a customer with a IP Office on 11.1.1, they have 8 Analog lines, last year when we put it in they had issues with calls dropping, after a battle with the line provider it was proven to the customer it was not the system. We have just updated to 11.1.1 and now they are kicking up again as they are having misdialing issues, so they dial one number and apparently its swapping digits at the end. Again the line provider has been to site and said the lines are fine, its very intermediate. I have loaded up Sysmonitor for them so they can see what digits are being dialed to prove its not the system Anyone else have any suggestion?
