This might seem a bit dumb, but I need to have a mirror image of the design I've just done - basically it's a pair of breasts (don't laugh; I work for a cancer charity) that the doctors can annotate to send to the hospital if there is anything suspicious. I've drawn one breast and to make it neat just want to mirror the image. I've tried the reflect tool but I need to keep the original where it is.
Any help appreciated! Thanks.

1. Select the entire breast and group it (Ctrl-G).
2. Clone the breast (edit -> clone). This will make an exact copy directly on top of the other.
3. Use the transform window to mirror the new group at 90 degrees.
4. Position the mirrored breast with the arrow tool.

In my experience, most breasts are not perfectly symmetrical, but you may be able to get away with it for this project.)

Thanks Greensweater,

My breasts are now perfectly symmetrical
lol!
