I have 2 sets of Micros2700 all full key board (not half screen) and need help to deal with my units:
-Unit # 1 is Micros 2700 Version 1.2 single standing, How can I backup the file from this machine in order if something goes wrong be able to upload it again (Say if I need to change the mother board’s battery upload the backup file to the machine after replace the battery)
-The other unit is a Micros 2700 version 3.4 this unit is contains of 2 Machines connected to each other and working together. Now the business is down sized and we want to separate the machines Just use one machine for the business and keep the other one out of daily operation ,when I disconnect the network cable both machines give error message how can I separate them .
I live I Canada and appreciate anybody can help me. And I am prepare to pay reasonable fee for this service.
