MIRAN music on hold

Hello, can anyone of you guys help? Need to know how to convert a .mp3 file to a audio format which MIRAN (II) can play, like the music.scb. Have tried for hours to convert to different wav settings, but havent found the correct settings or some software for converting to .scb

Can you not save it as a wav, load it into miran? miran convets wav to pcm and vice-versa

Ok, but MIRAN will not accept the different .wav format, have tried 8 / 16 / 24 bit, 8000 , mono and a-law, do you know the right format?

Wav file should be at 8 bit, 8khz, mono, CCITT u-law and limit the file name to 8 characters.
