Hi

I've got a 11c rls 4.0 and a Miran II card Version 2.0.15f (Rls 1), I'm trying to record an announcement to assign it to a Miran channel for an ACD group, I can enter to Miran using a phone set (TUI interface), Then I got to option 5 and when I dial 5 for recording, I receive the message from Miran "recording stops". Miran has enough space for recording, System information shows:

- System Information - [Admin]

Can I load a .WAV file message to a PCMCIA disk A, copy the file message to Disk C and assign to Miran Channel?
Thanks In advance!!

Hi, I could record a message using Input channel 0 on Miran Card (analog 0), External music source and the Announcement Command: " RECORD a0 c:message 15".

Any ideas? why I cannot record messages using TUI interface? I set the extension that I'm using for recording "CLS UNR" I still receive message from Miran "Stop Recording" when I dial 5 for start recording

Thanks for your answers, I'm using an analog extension but I doesn't work

Make sure it's set for tone or MF dialing and don't press the keys quickly!. Do it slowly so that the Miran can understand the tones.

Tbanks.
Please, Does Anybody know the Miran Pinout for ethernet connection (on 50 pin amphenol connector)? the Miran manual on pages 254-258 shows Pinout, but I don't know which are for ethernet connection?

Please refer to the attached guide, but the answer is

The ports used here is 23 & 24. The individual colour codes are..

Nortel multi cable Standard Ethernet RJ45 Cable

Port 23a Violet / Green Pin 3 White / Green
Port 23 b Green / Violet Pin 6 Green / White
Port 24 a Violet / Brown Pin 1 White / Orange
Port 24b Brown / Violet Pin 2 Orange / White

If you have a spare “ITG” adapter, then just use the “T” LAN port.
