My miran card is not accepting the keycode I have checked the dongle ID and the license in Nortel site and compare it with license which I have it was the same but every time I am trying to enter the key code it gives me invalid keycode.

all you can do is go to nortel tech support.. there is (was) a menu selection for keycode problems the last time i ran into that... if your entering them right, you just have a bad batch, i've seen it happen, not with the miran but several times with opt 11 and mermail upgrades

on boot up on the LED display on the card check to make sure there are no errors.

Take a look at page 291 on the installers guide: Hexadecimal codes.
T:08 is when it tests the dongle....
also if you have spaces in the keycode, try adding the space or just try it without if you didn't already.

Thank you guys for the support it was a dongle problem there was a fast err displaying on the LED display f: 08. I have taken the card out and the dongle was loss I have removed and push the holder down a bit and know it is accepting the licenses.
