MIRAN card is not accepting digits

hi,

i have installed a MIRAN card rls 3.1 on a CS1000 rls 5.0,

when i try to access the card through the TUI(Telephony User Interface), to record the the anouncements , i dial the access code then hear (welcome to MIRAN , please enter your username.....) , i try to enter the user name then i press * but i hear nothing , it seems that the MIRAN card can not detect the dialed digits ......

any idea plz.

Assuming you just installed it, and it has not yet worked for you, do this:

On the Route Data Block for the TUI, toggle the MANO prompt.
