Currently have a MIRAN installed with 3 ran messages.
Need the ran to begin new for each caller (not start in the middle of the message).
The call flow is designed to play a forced greeting to all callers and it is a RAN message. Once the caller hears the greeting the script will Q to the skillset, if all agents are busy the caller will hear the first delay message (all our agents are busy).
Testing proved that if three calls hit our PBX simultaneously, the first caller hears the forced greeting the other two will hear ring no answer until the forced greeting finishes playing to the first caller. Once the RAN is done, the second caller will hear the forced greeting, the third caller will continue to hear the ring no answer. (Note: our forced greeting is 19 seconds long)

Is it possible to provide simultaneous callers with a forced RAN message that always starts at the beginning????

Depending on the solution, you can have RAN BROADCAST installed. (I dont think it is compatible with symposium)

Ran broadcast is a software solution with works like this.
The first call that comes in starts a timer.
During a time window, the system waits for other calls to arrive. when the time window ends or a certain amount of calls has arrived, all gets the same message at the same time. This uses only one port of the miran for all those calls.

How many calls that can have the same message is limited by ISM parameters. (licenses)

The first thing you should try to do is to shorten the message down. Use other words, etc to bring the time down.
As it is now one call uses to much time keeping this port.
It is not acceptable to wait in queue with ringback for so long to get access to the message.
