MIRAN access 1

I recently purchased a second-hand MIRAN II card. I want to use this to record an announcement telling the caller the line may be monitored for quality assurance before I send it to our customer service people. I have a DID built on the last TN but when I dial the ACOD it won't accept any user name I put in. I found some documentation saying USER (8737) will work but it doesn't for me. I can access the card using a terminal but not through the telephone. Any idea's?

Via the faceplate you can connect to the Miran interface.
4321 should be the password

You can also connect via your MDF:

I can attach a terminal and access the card. What I can't do is use the TUI (telephone user interface). It won't accept any user name.

Sorry did not read your 1ste thread very well...

Some tips:

* When you dial the Set Based Administration and log in type in the digits SLOWLY.
* Try to reset the card.
* Check if your Meridian is connected to earth.
* If this doesn't work;
Since you can access via Terminal delete the file
c: _USERS.DAT (The passwords for admin, user and distrib will be set to default)

according to NTP on MIRAN 2, set based admin:

username = admin, password=admin000 (which is 23646000)

for user access, username=user password is user000 8737000

Thanks for the possible user names and passwords. My problem is I dial the ACOD and while I am entering digits, I get reorder.

Is the TARG in the route different from the TGAR on your telephone?
